360 Home Watch, LLC was founded in 2019 by Bill Wright and Matt Kalbach.
Bill started Wright Home Watch Services, LLC in 2012 and to-date has personally provided over 7,000 home watch inspections and service calls in Charlotte and Sarasota counties of Florida. He successfully grew this business from a handful of clients in 2012 to over 200 at the end of 2018. His dedication to customer service was the key to this expansive growth as well as the comprehensive reporting system that he developed over the years.
If you ask him he will quite proudly say “I still have my first 3 clients!!” This truly exemplifies the relationship and bond that he nurtures with each client. Bill and Matt decided to become partners to help expand the large client base that Bill had created form 2012-2018, now moving forward 360 Home Watch, LLC will be the next phase of growth and yes they are ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. Bill also is the founder and president of the Florida Home Watch Association which holds members to a high standard.
In 2020 Matt Kalbach purchased the business from Bill and today he is proud to say he still has Bill’s first 3 clients as he too believes in providing outstanding customer service. With Matt’s extensive background in both resort management and the hands-on residential building industry, his background helps him provide a timely and personal touch as well as the knowledge of just how residential properties are structured and how their systems work.
Matt lives in Port Charlotte and from that base he provides service in all of Charlotte County and many southern municipalities of Sarasota County as well.
