Client must add 360 Home Watch, LLC to their insurance to cover accidents. ** Prep for season is defined as running extension cord for and attaching battery charger/maintainer, running extension cord for and attaching vehicle dryer, place Damp-Rid (large buckets only) in the car, which is provided by client, covering (if provided by client). |

| No 2 story or higher exterior work will be performed by 360 Home Watch, LLC. We do not put up nor take down hurricane shutters unless they are electric or crank up and down. We coordinate hurricane shutter service with other providers on our client’s behalf. The provider for this year is Imperial Contracting of Port Charlotte. |
