Tropical Storm/Hurricane Milton
Unfortunately, Tropical Storm Milton is intensifying in the Gulf and may very well become a Hurricane in the next couple of days. Milton may also bring dangerous storm surge, spin-up tornadoes and cause power outages, according to AccuWeather, which warned of high risks to lives and property in Tampa, Fort Myers and other cities along the Gulf coast and parts of central Florida. As we all know, there are uncertainties associated with these storms as the Gulf water is very warm and anything can happen. At this point, everyone should be storm ready since before Hurricane Helene however, if you do need manual galvanized shutters put up, we recommend contacting Mc Cleary’s Handyman Services at 941-623-5009. Many clients have used them, and they are a trusted vendor. If you do not have a way to let them in without us, we will gladly arrange with them to open your garage and for them to pull the shutters out for them. If you do have an emergency need for removal of small items or accordion shutters needing to be closed, we will be going out tomorrow, Sunday only to handle these items. We are not certain when it will pass but if you want to be added to a post storm check, please let JENNIFER KNOW VIA PHONE CALL OR TEXT ONLY AT 941-380-2288 as soon as possible so that I can organize the schedule. We will not do regular service calls during the storm for our safety so please ask to be added to the post storm list if you want us to do a report for you. Unfortunately, it is impossible to make up service calls missed during multiple days of a storm or multiple storms so close together so be sure to ask to be added to the post storm check otherwise we will not be able to go to your property unless you request to be added to the list until your next service call barring no other hurricanes come.
